A Federal High Court in Abuja has said that the Sen. Ahmed Makarfi-led Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party is illegal. Justice Okon Abang said this in preliminary ruling in an application filed the Ali Modu Sheriff-faction of party.
